Your Job and School

As an IT specialist in application development, you will develop software solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities are very diverse: they range from design and programming to quality assurance. The latter includes problem analysis and troubleshooting, as well as subsequent testing.

The 3-year vocational training program takes place at the company and at the Otto Bennemann Vocational School in Braunschweig. In the classroom portion of the program, you’ll learn not only the theoretical basics of programming and computer hardware but also topics such as project management, marketing, and business administration. With us, you’ll start by applying your knowledge to small projects based on your own ideas. Later on, you’ll support our teams on larger projects.

Our Company

conLeos GmbH was founded in 2003 and now employs more than 60 highly qualified staff members who provide their expertise to renowned international companies. Our core competency lies in the development and management of product configuration and presentation for complex products such as vehicles and electrical components. In doing so, we use programming languages such as Java, Kotlin, and TypeScript in conjunction with HTML and CSS.

If your application piques our interest, we’ll invite you to an introductory interview. During the interview, we’ll get to know each other, answer any questions you may have, and discuss important topics such as your motivation and previous programming experience.

If you pass this stage, we’ll invite you to a trial workday. We’ll give you a glimpse into our work, and you’ll show us how you approach various tasks. Afterward, we’ll get back to you with a decision as soon as possible.
